If your business is accepting credit cards, you have probably heard of the “EMV Liability Shift” that takes effect 10/1/2015.

If you haven’t done so already, you will be required to update your machines and be trained on how to use them. At the same time, this new law will shift the liability form the banks and credit card companies to your business.
