June 1st marks the beginning of hurricane season and it is a good time to get prepared if you haven’t done so already.

In addition to reviewing your insurance policy, and making sure you have wind coverage, you should make sure that you have a cloud copy of all important documents.

Take new pictures and videos  of each room. You may not recognize your home after an hurricane and this will be your only proof of what you had.

If you live in a Hurricane state, don’t wait till the last minute, be ready and prepared for a major storm. Know where your documents are, have water and food supplies, cash, maybe a generator (turn it on, make sure it is working)
